William L. Riddle, born on October 16, 1936, in Craig County, Oklahoma the son of Earl and Louie (Davis) Riddle. He passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Via Christi Village in Manhattan, Kansas. He was a beloved general contractor, renowned for his dedication and craftsmanship in the Junction City and Manhattan area, and he will be remembered for his commitment to hard work.
A devoted member of Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, William found solace and fellowship within his faith community. His love for animals and a strong work ethic defined his personality, making him a cherished figure among family and friends.
On November 12, 1961, he married Carrie J. Myers in Junction City, Kansas, embarking on a life filled with love and family. He is survived by two sons, Russell D. Riddle of Junction City, Kansas, and Bruce A. Riddle and his wife Melinda of Conroe, Texas. William also leaves behind two daughters, Carla Sue Clark and her husband Thomas of Louisville, Ohio, and Sandra K. Fowler and her husband Thomas of Colorado Springs, Colorado. His legacy continues through his six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as two brothers, Roger Riddle and Glen Riddle.
William was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Douglas Riddle; two grandsons, Travis Alan Fowler and Bradley Aaron Riddle; and four sisters and three brothers.
His contributions to his family and community will be celebrated during visitation at Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, located at 1010 Burke Drive, Junction City, Kansas, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following this, a funeral service will take place at the same location from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Pastor Don Boyer will officiate.
William L. Riddle's presence will be greatly missed but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
