Ronald A. McNemar

SFC (RET) Ronald "Ron" A. McNemar, 80, of Milford, Kansas died on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at his residence in Milford.

Cremation will take place. No memorial service is planned. The cremated remains will be buried at later date with military honors. 

Ron was born May 1. 1944 in Keyser, West Virginia the son of Woodrow and Betty (Schoppert) McNemar. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Ron retired from the United States Army after twenty plus years of service. He also served four years in the United States Air Force. After his retirement, he became a school teacher in Harford County, Maryland. After his teaching retirement, he moved back to Kansas.

Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and shooting skeet. He spent many years participating as a historical actor with the Abilene Gunfighters. 

On September 28, 1965, he married Jutta R. Feldrapp.

Survivors include his wife Jutta of Milford, Kansas; one son, Woodie McNemar (Stephanie Storch); one daughter, Tina Moore (Robert); one grandson, Reese Moore; one brother, Ray Schell (Terri); two nephews, Joshua Schell (Crystal Kuhns) and their children, Madison, Rosie and Benjamin and Nathan Schell and his son Rhett; one sister-in-law, Carla Feldrapp of Germany and many cousins.
