Roberta "Bobbi" Lee Robbins, born December 5, 1953, passed away on April 9, 2026, at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas, surrounded by her loving family. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Bobbi's life was one marked by dedication, warmth, and an enduring love for those she cherished most.
Bobbi proudly served for twenty years with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) at Fort Riley, retiring after a distinguished career that included deployment to Iraq and service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her commitment to supporting the troops and her fellow employees was a testament to her strong spirit and unwavering sense of duty.
More than her career, Bobbi was a woman who loved people deeply. She was a proud supporter of the Junction City Blue Jays, whose games she eagerly attended, especially to cheer on her beloved grandchildren. She was known as the team "Grandma". Family traditions held a special place in her heart, and time spent traveling to watch her grandchildren participate in sports brought her immense joy. Those gatherings were often sweetened by her love of baking, a hobby she indulged in lovingly for others, alongside the simple pleasure she found in bingo nights at the American Legion and tending to her lawn, which she cared for with meticulous pride and devotion.
Bobbi’s family was her greatest treasure. She is survived by her husband, Frank Robbins, at their home in Milford, Kansas; her daughters, Heidi Carroll and husband Mike of Milford, and Jessica Seelye and husband Carl of Junction City. Her brothers, Willis Reeder, Jr. of Michigan and Roger Reeder, Sr. of Pennsylvania, carry forward her legacy of kindness and strength. Her heart and home were further enriched by seven grandchildren — Zach, Kearstin, Aaron, Shelby, Alex, Jordan, and Jada — along with her great-granddaughter, Sophia, who will forever remember the loving presence of their grandmother and great-grandmother.
Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents, her son Thomas Musguire, Jr., and her grandson Raymond Bebout, beloved souls who remain in her family’s hearts as they honor her memory.
A celebration of Bobbi’s life will be held on May 9, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post #45, located at 201 E. 4th Street in Junction City. Friends and family are invited to gather and share their stories, laughter, and tears as they remember a remarkable woman whose light touched so many lives.
In her passing, Roberta "Bobbi" Lee Robbins leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and joyful commitment to family and community. She will be remembered not only for the lives she touched but for the warmth and kindness that were the very essence of who she was. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
