Richard L. "Rick" Williams, 70, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Wakefield Care and Rehab in Wakefield, Kansas. This date marked the one year anniversary of the passing of his beloved wife Marcia L. Williams who died April 26, 2024.
Cremation will take place. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska.
Rick was born July 18, 1954, in McCook, Nebraska the son of Cecil Richard and Lenore Irene (Brandt) Williams.
Rick worked for Comcast Cable Company as an installer for many years. He also worked as an automotive technician for Sears.
Rick was a devoted hobby person. His hobbies kept him going. He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast having owned several bikes. His favorite bike was the 1969 Harley Electra Glide. As a rider, he made the trip to Sturgis, South Dakota several times. He also made several toy runs while residing in the State of Washington. He had a passion for woodworking. He was known for his intricate woodworking abilities making inlaid wood items consisting things of nature scenes. To this day, many friends and family members have items that were gifted to them.
Survivors include his daughter Nicole Gore and her husband Adam of Junction City, Kansas; four grandchildren, Magnolia, Olivia, Dean and Samuel; his mother, Lenore Williams and one brother, Steven Williams both of Gering, Nebraska.
He was preceded by his father Cecil; wife Marcia and one brother Dave.
