Richard’s family remained central to his life. He is survived by his beloved wife Sheila Hardman, who stood by his side through all seasons. He leaves behind his dear mother, Geri Smith, and his sister, Peggy J. Anderson, along with a host of nieces and nephews who were cherished members of his extended family.
