Mi Won Sharff

Mi Won Sharff passed away on July 16, 2026 in Topeka, Kansas at the age of 65. She was born on October 24, 1960 in Seoul, South Korea to her parents Chang Sok Suh and Hui Son Hwang. 

Mi Won met Russell Sharff in South Korea while he was stationed with United States Army. They married on October 2, 1989 in Junction City, Kansas. After marriage they moved to Salina, Kansas where they lived for 22 years. The couple made their way back to Junction City in 2024.

Mi Won is lovingly survived by her husband Russell Sharff and her siblings in South Korea; two sisters and one brother. She is preceded in death by her parents and an older brother. 

Cremation has taken place in the care of Johnson & Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home and a private inurnment will take place at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery.
