Kathy Williams

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Kathy L. Williams, passed away peacefully on September 30th, 2026, at the age of 71. A loving, selfless, and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend, she will be dearly missed. Both Kathy and her husband, James S. Williams, who passed away in 2014, were dedicated to serving the youth of Junction City in the USD 475 school district. She shared her joy, creativity, and sense of humor with all she met.

She is survived by her siblings Rusty McIntosh, Kari McIntosh, and Kristi Slayton, her children Andrew Williams, Heidi Williams, Heather Williams and Joanna Smith, and her grandchildren Ali Bryant, Emma Williams, Shaun-Isaac Smith, Gabriel-Isaiah Smith, Emma-Grace Smith, and Emmanuel-Cadence Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Vivien McIntosh, and her daughter Suzanne Williams.

Services will be held at Johnson & Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home located at 203 North Washington Junction City, KS 66441 on Tuesday, October 6th, time to be determined.
