Joyce was born on January 5, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She grew up in Missouri and as a young lady, she met the love of her life, John D. Perrino. They had three daughter's. With John's military career, the small family lived in many places all over the United States. Joyce was a dedicated mother and dedicated her life to raising their three daughters while John provided for them. Joyce loved to travel. After John's passing, she still enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends. She also loved reading. She had a strong faith in God and had a subtle and delicate way of ministering to those who needed guidance. Her ministry to others came in the form of a loving, strong, and gentle heart. Above all, Joyce was a loving wife, caring mother, and later an adoring grandmother and great grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
Joyce is survived by her loving family: her three daughters, Debra Perrino of Junction City, KS, Donna (Bob) Burgess of Mesa, AZ, and Sara (Bruce) Major of Hillsboro, KS; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John D. Perrino.
