James Foster, 83, of Junction City, Ks. passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014, at his home. A visitation will be held 11 a.m. until 12 Noon Friday, August 15, 2014, at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Funeral Chapel 203 N. Washington Street. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. with full military honors at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery 5181 Wildcat Creek Road Manhattan, Ks.
