Eileen K. Juarez, a cherished educator, devoted mother, and beloved grandmother, passed away on March 8, 2026, in Junction City, Kansas. Born on May 5, 1972, Champaign, Illinois. Eileen's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to and nurturing children, both in her professional endeavors and her personal life.
Eileen devoted her career to public education as a teacher's assistant and operated a home daycare, where she found joy in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning among her students. Known for her distinct laugh and gorgeous smile, she created an atmosphere of warmth and encouragement for everyone around her and embodied a spirit that was undeniably vibrant, as well as her sense of humor and sassy personality made her a true firecracker, bringing light and laughter to every gathering.
Eileen had an artistic flair, she was very crafty and spent much of her free time painting and doodling. She loved shopping expeditions with her daughters and granddaughters, creating cherished memories that would last a lifetime. Her proudest accomplishments included her children and her volunteer work at Highland Baptist Church, where she dedicated her time and energy to helping her community.
Eileen married Michael Doyle on May 19, 1995. They later divorced. On June 19, 2021, she married Domanic Juarez at Lazy T Ranch in Manhattan, Kansas, where they celebrated their love surrounded by friends and family. They enjoyed spending time traveling to visit family and exploring.
Eileen was a loving mother to her daughters, Brittnye Thurlow, Donita Doyle, Shelbye Doyle, and Jordan Doyle, and a doting grandmother to Macey Thurlow and Journey Wilkins. She took immense pleasure in spoiling her granddaughters, as well as all her nieces and nephews, who were blessed by her generosity and affection. She is survived by her husband, Domanic Juarez, as well as her four daughters and granddaughters. Eileen is also remembered by her brothers, Toby (Shannon Cross) Rotramel and Tyler (Amanda) Peterson, along with her uncle Gene (Dee) Bray, aunt Marita Robinson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eileen's legacy will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her, and her spirit will continue to inspire countless others through the lives she touched. She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar Kennedy and Eileeta Peterson, her grandparents, Don and Juanita James, and her uncle, James D. Bray. Eileen leaves behind a heartwarming legacy of love, laughter, and lifelong commitments to family and education that will live on in the memories of those she held dear.
Cremation has occurred and a Celebration of Life at Highland Baptist Church in Junction City, Kansas will be held at a later date.
