Doyle Edward Rippeto

Doyle Edward Rippeto, 86, of Junction City, Kansas died on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at his residence in Junction City, Kansas.

A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the Johnson and Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home. Pastor B.J. Solander will officiate. Friends and family may call 5-6 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Fort Riley Main Post Cemetery.

Doyle was born September 12, 1938, in Centralia, Missouri, the son of Walter Franklin and Julia E. (Sapp) Rippeto.

Doyle served in the United States Army until his retirement. After his retirement, he worked for the Manhattan and Ogden School District #383 as a maintenance technician until his retirement.

Doyle was a member of the Manhattan Coin Club. His primary hobby was collecting coins and currency.

His wife Helga died April 1, 1993.

Survivors include two grandchildren; special friends and caregivers, Randy and Anna Landreville of Junction City, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one daughter, Patricia Jacka.
