Doris A McKinley

Doris A. McKinley, 73, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Valley View Senior Life Center in Junction City.

A visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Johnson and Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation.

Doris was born December 19, 1951, in Washington, Kansas the daughter of Hubert and Anna Stevenson.

Doris was raised in a military family. She moved to Junction City in the late 1970's with her parents. Her father was stationed at Fort Riley. While living in Junction City, she had a long career with Valley View Senior Life as the dietary manager.

Survivors include three sons; Brian Lesher, Michael (Brenda) Lesher and Robert (April) McKinley; two sisters, Shanna Stevenson, Diane Atchley; brother-in-laws Marvin Schoenrock and John Atchley; her niece, Rheanna Shaw, as well as many and many grandchildren. Her long-time friend Nora Eichorst will miss her dearly.
