D. Bridgette Smart

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 5, 2006, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Junction City, Kansas for D. Bridgette Smart, 42, of Fort Riley, Kansas. Reverend Bryan Jones will officiate. Visitation for Mrs. Smart will be 6-8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 4, 2006, at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2006, at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma with Reverend Byron Elmore officiating.
Bridgette was born December 8, 1963, in Coffeyville, Kansas, the daughter of David J. Nading and Edith S. Duke. Bridgette has resided in Fort Riley since 2002.
Bridgette was a homemaker and home schooled her children. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Junction City, Kansas.
She married Curtis H. Smart on March 9, 1992, in Lawton, Oklahoma.
