Cecil Walter Chandler, IV

On February 7, 2026 Cecil transcended to Tengoku at the age of 27. He was born in Junction City Kansas to LaVern “Ro” Roshell Jackson and Cecil Walter Chandler III.

Cecil has completed his mission on this battlefield leaving behind a beautiful afterimage that will remain in our hearts with a vengeance.

He was first and foremost an extraordinary son, a phenomenal great nephew, a loving grandson, a superlative brother, and an unparalleled uncle!

Cecil lives on supremely through his father Cecil Walter Chandler III, his granny Jurline Jackson-Lucas, his aunt Chris R. Jackson-Moss, his siblings, Jessica Corryn Jackson-Nettles, Christopher Wayne Jackson, and Lauren Anastasia- Sophia Chandler and a plethora of family and friends.

Cecil lived in the legacy of his mother and great aunt, LaVern “Ro” Roshell Jackson and Christine Jackson, his grandfather Earl Starks, his great granny and grandfather Jessie Mae and Esker Jackson, his grandmother and grandfather Cecil W. Chandler and Viola V. Chandler.
